Demand has grown to 19 websites. Nine new sites went live over August, each one built around a single niche where people search with an urgent question and the existing web answers it badly: restumping, septic systems, pool safety, tax debt, probate, vasectomy, mobile vets, vet surgery and home care.
How a lead is made
The model is the same on every site in the network. Someone types their problem into Google in their own words: the letter they were sent, the crack above the door, the thing that just failed. They land on a page that answers that exact question in plain English, without selling anything. Then the page asks whether they would like someone to help. They give their name, phone, email and their situation, and that enquiry is the lead.
Every lead arrives tagged with the site it came from, the topic, the location and the page it converted on. A buyer in that pillar and area pays $25 for it. No retainer, no monthly fee, no contract.
What is different about the nine
The new sites are tightly scoped on purpose. Each niche was chosen for the same three reasons: searchers who are worried or confused, weak competition in the results, and a small, identifiable pool of businesses for whom $25 a lead is an easy yes.
They also add a second capture channel. Alongside the enquiry form, each new site carries a public directory of providers. A visitor can pick a provider from the directory and ask to be contacted, but no phone number or email is ever published. The provider gets the enquiry and calls back. That keeps every lead inside the system and keeps the visitor's details with the business they actually chose.
