When a buyer asks ChatGPT,
does it say your name?

Your buyers are asking ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI who to use before they ever see a results page. Most businesses have no idea what the answer is. The Marketing Feed asks the questions for you, every month, and tells you whether you are named, who is recommended instead, and what to do about it.

Add the questions your buyers ask. On the 1st of every month each one goes to six AI surfaces and every answer is read for you and every competitor / peer. The results land in your monthly report on the 2nd, next to your search, social and paid numbers.

Search has moved. Your reporting has not.

Rank trackers tell you where you sit on a results page. They say nothing about the answer a buyer gets when they ask an assistant "who is the best ... near me". That answer names three or four businesses, and either you are one of them or you are invisible.

Named?

AI share of voice

The share of AI answers, across every question and surface, that name your business. Overall, by surface, by question type, and against every competitor / peer on one chart.

First?

Recommended first

The share of answers where you are the top pick: listed first, called the best, or recommended most strongly. Plus your average place among the businesses an answer names.

Cited?

Your site as the source

How often the answer links to your own website, which of your pages it leans on, and the websites it trusts instead: the review sites, directories and articles where a listing gets you named.

How it works

Ten minutes to set up. Then it runs every month without you.

STEP 01

Add the questions your buyers ask

Select Suggest questions and the feed reads your website, your keywords, your Search Console queries and your competitors / peers, then writes a starter set grouped by type: best for, use case, comparison, technical, alternatives, brand direct, where to buy and local. Tick the ones you want, add your own, done.

10 questions on Professional, 40 on Strategic
STEP 02

Every question goes to six AI surfaces

On the 1st of the month each question is put to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity with web search on, and to Google AI Overview and Google AI Mode for Google Australia on a phone. Every answer is kept and read: who it names, in what order, who it picks first, which websites it cites.

STEP 03

The report tells you where you are invisible

On the 2nd the AI Search Visibility section lands in your monthly report: share of voice against every competitor / peer, a grid of question type by surface, every question with who AI picked, the websites AI trusts, and the one move that would get you named more often. Alerts when you drop or a competitor / peer passes you.

Trend from the second month, 13 months on

Six surfaces, one list of questions

The assistants your buyers actually use, asked the same questions every month so a change means something.

Questions people ask us

Which questions should I add?
The ones a buyer types when they are looking for what you sell: "best commercial solar installer in Brisbane", "is X or Y better for a small warehouse", "alternatives to Competitor A". Suggest questions writes a starter set from your website, keywords and Search Console. Specific questions (a service, a place, a problem) are where a business can be named; generic questions mostly surface big brands and directories.
Why does the same question give different answers on different days?
AI assistants vary from one request to the next. That is why the feed asks the same list on the same day each month and reports a share across every question and surface, not one answer. Compare months and compare businesses on the same figures.
How is this different from a rank tracker?
A rank tracker tells you your position on a results page. This tells you whether the answer a buyer gets names you at all, who it names instead, and which websites it drew on. The feed does both: keyword ranks every Sunday, AI answers every month, in the same report.
What do I do when I am invisible?
The report lists the websites the assistants cite most for your category and the businesses they recommend instead. A listing, a review or an article on those websites is the most direct route to being named, and the report's one move tells you which to go after first.
Can I check right now instead of waiting for the 1st?
Yes. Check now on the brand's Setup tab puts every question to every surface in a minute or two per ten questions, and the results show in the app straight away and in the report when you re-run the month.
Does it work for a business outside Australia?
The questions are asked as an Australian buyer would, and Google's AI surfaces are read for Google Australia. If your buyers are elsewhere, talk to us.
