The KnowYourMarket.ai help centre is live

Every part of KnowYourMarket.ai now has a written guide. The help centre is live at knowyourmarket.ai/help. It covers the Marketing Feed, Demand, Intelligence Reports and your account in one place, with a search box across the lot. Each guide takes one job and walks it through from the first click to the result.

One manual for every product

The front page is split by product. Getting started takes a new workspace from sign up to first result. Marketing Feed covers connecting channels, tracking competitors / peers and reading the monthly report. Demand covers choosing pillars and states, accepting leads and working them through to a sale. Intelligence Reports explains the four one-off reports and what each one answers. Your account covers the workspace, team members, security, notifications and billing.

Four popular guides sit at the top of the page: Connect your channels, Claim a lead, Metric glossary and Invite your team.

Marketing Feed, channel by channel

Every channel the feed watches has its own connection guide. Google Analytics and Search Console. Google Ads. Google Business Profile. YouTube, with a separate page for a channel that does not show in the picker and another for uploading a YouTube Studio export. Facebook, Instagram and Meta Ads in one connection. LinkedIn Page and LinkedIn Ads. Plausible Analytics. Mailchimp and Brevo, with a further guide on Brevo automations and sales from email. There is also a guide for figures you enter by hand, for the channels that have no API.

Past the connections, the section walks through competitors / peers, keywords, reports, actions, alerts and the digest, Slack, benchmarks and managing your subscription. A troubleshooting page covers the questions that come up most, and a plans and pricing page sets out the three tiers.

Demand, from pillar to sale

The Demand guides follow the order a buyer works in. Pillars explains how enquiries are grouped by industry and how to opt in by state and lead type. Lead settings and Lead notifications cover how a lead reaches you. Viewing and accepting leads shows the accept step, which costs nothing. Paying for leads explains that you pay only after the enquirer replies, and that this is the moment their contact details appear in My Demand. Working a lead and Disputes cover what happens after that.

A glossary for every number

The Metric glossary defines every figure in a Marketing Feed report in plain language. It is organised by channel: social, paid ads, search, website, keywords and competitors / peers, and email. Engagement rate is explained as the share of post views that turn into actions. Average position in Google search is explained with the reminder that a lower number means a higher ranking. Each term says what it measures and how to read it.

The last section of the glossary explains why a report figure can differ from the platform's own dashboard. Date ranges, time zones, live follower counts and late data updates account for most of it.

The help centre needs no login and is open to anyone. Search works from every page. Each guide links straight to the app, so you can read a step and do it in the same sitting. If a guide does not answer it, the Contact support page is one click away.

The Marketing Feed starts at $249 a month and the first month is free. Demand leads are $25 each. See everything the feed watches on the Marketing Feed page, or start with the Getting started guide.
