Every month the feed now puts the questions your buyers ask to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overview and Google AI Mode, and the report tells you whether you are named, who is recommended instead and which websites AI trusts.

Does ChatGPT recommend you? AI search visibility joins the Marketing Feed

A growing share of buyers now ask an AI assistant who to use before they ever see a results page. The answer names three or four businesses. Either you are one of them or you are invisible, and until now there was no way to know which. From today the Marketing Feed checks for you, every month, on Professional and Strategic.

The questions your buyers ask

On the brand's Setup tab, a new AI search visibility section holds the questions a buyer would type into an assistant: who is the best provider for a need, what to use for a job, how two options compare, alternatives to a named competitor / peer, where to buy, and the same again with a place in the question. Select Suggest questions and the feed reads your website, your tracked keywords, your Search Console queries and your competitors / peers, then writes a starter set grouped by type. Tick the ones you want, add your own, and change a question's type from the table. Professional checks up to 10 questions per brand, Strategic up to 40.

Six AI surfaces, read for every business you track

On the 1st of each month every question goes to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity with web search on, and to Google AI Overview and Google AI Mode for Google Australia on a phone. Every answer is kept and read: which businesses it names and in what order, which one it picks first, which websites it cites, and whether your own website is among them. The reading covers you and every competitor / peer on the brand, plus any business the assistants recommend that you do not track. Press Check now on the Setup tab and the same check runs in a minute or two for every ten questions.

What lands in the report

The monthly report gains an AI Search Visibility section after keyword rankings. It opens with AI share of voice, the share of answers that name you, with the change on last month, then recommended first, your site cited and questions covered. Bars compare your share of voice with each competitor / peer and by surface, a grid shows question type by surface so the gaps are obvious at a glance, and a table lists every question against every surface with who AI picked. Below that: the websites AI answers cite most, which is where a listing or a review gets you named; the businesses AI recommends that you do not track; and your own pages the assistants already use. The written read says where you are invisible, who AI recommends instead, and the one move that would change it. The Competitors / Peers table gains an AI share of voice column, and from the second check the section carries a trend.

On every plan: the visits AI already sends you

Your connected Google Analytics or Plausible already knows how many visits arrive from chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai, gemini.google.com, copilot.microsoft.com and claude.ai. The same section now shows them by source with a 13-month chart, on Essential as well.

Alerts and the fact sheet

Three alert types come from the monthly check: your AI share of voice fell ten points or more, a competitor / peer is now named in more answers than you, and AI answers cite a website they did not cite last time. On Strategic, a fact sheet on the Setup tab holds the facts an answer should get right about your business, when you were founded, the areas you serve, a certification you hold, and the report lists any answer that contradicts it.

AI search visibility is included in Professional at $499 a month and Strategic at $999 a month, and the first month is free. Read how it works, the help guide, or see everything the feed watches.
