Actions

Each monthly report sets up to three actions for the following month. You mark them off in the app, and the next report opens with what happened to them.

There are never more than three live actions. New actions only fill free slots.

Go to Marketing Feed > your brand > Overview tab > Actions. The section shows how many are live, for example “2 of 3 live”.

Each action shows:

  • what to do, and why
  • Measured on: the number it should move
  • Set for: the month it was set for

Owners, admins and members can update actions. Viewers can see them but not change them.

Use the list next to each action to set its status:

Status What happens
Open Still to do. Stays live.
Done Leaves the live list and goes to History. The next report shows it with what moved.
Not done Stays live. You can add what got in the way.
Dropped Leaves the live list and goes to History. The report won’t suggest it again.
  1. Choose Done.
  2. Optionally, add What was done.
  3. Select Mark done.
  1. Choose Dropped.
  2. Add why you’re dropping it. The report uses this so it won’t suggest the same action again.
  3. Select Drop it.
  1. Choose Not done.
  2. Optionally, fill in What got in the way. It saves when you click away.

An action that’s still Open or Not done is carried into the next month once. It’s then labelled Second month: do it or drop it.

If it’s still not done after that month, the report retires it. It moves to History as Retired.

Actions you’ve closed are kept in History.

  1. Below the live actions, select History.
  2. Actions are grouped by the month they were set for, with their status (Done, Dropped or Retired) and any note you added.

To bring one back, choose Change next to it, then Reopen, Mark done or Drop.

Until your first report arrives, the section reads: “Your first report sets up to three actions for the following month.” When all actions are closed, it reads “Nothing open” until the next monthly report sets new ones.
