Section titled “Top navigation”| Item | What it opens |

| Dashboard | Your home page. Select the KnowYourMarket.ai logo to get back here from anywhere. |
| Marketing Feed | Your brands and monthly marketing reports. Only shows when Marketing Feed is on for your workspace. |
| Intelligence Reports | One-off research reports for this workspace, newest first. |
| My Demand | Leads you’ve taken and your lead settings. Only shows when Demand is on for your workspace. |
| Shared with me | Reports other people have shared with you. |
| Support | A menu with Support requests, Report a bug and Request a feature. |
On the right of the top bar:
- Workspace switcher. Shows your current workspace name when you belong to more than one. Select it to switch. See Team members.
- Credits. Your wallet balance. It changes colour and reads Low Balance when you’re running low. Select it to top up. It’s hidden for workspaces that don’t use Demand and have no balance.
- Notification bell. Your unread notifications. See Notifications.
- User menu. Your name and avatar.
User menu
Section titled “User menu”Select your name in the top right to open it. It shows your name, email and role in the current workspace, then:
- Top Up Credits (when Credits is shown)
- Organisation: business details, members and subscriptions
- Account Settings: profile, password, two-factor authentication and trusted devices
- Notification Options: choose which notifications you get, and how
- Billing & Invoices: wallet balance, transactions, saved cards and subscription invoices
- Other KYM products: only shows when there’s a product you can turn on
- Log Out
Your dashboard
Section titled “Your dashboard”The dashboard greets you by name and shows your current workspace. Below that:
- Product cards. A card for each product on for your workspace, such as Marketing Feed and Demand. The Marketing Feed card also shows its live status. Select a card to open the product.
- Intelligence Reports. A slim strip under the product cards. Select it to see the reports you can order.
- What’s new. A feed of recent activity across products from the last 7 days, such as new leads, leads you’ve claimed and completed reports.
