Switch products on

Products are turned on per workspace. Everyone in the workspace sees the products that are on.

During setup

When you create a new account, the first-run setup asks What do you want KYM for? Each product you tick there is turned on for you. See Create an account.

Turn on Demand later

If your workspace has Demand available but not yet on, you’ll find it under Other KYM products.

  1. Open the user menu (your name, top right).
  2. Select Other KYM products.
  3. Under Demand, select Turn on Demand.

KnowYourMarket.ai turns Demand on and takes you to the Demand pillars, where you choose which industries you want leads from. My Demand then appears in the top navigation. To continue, see Demand.

Why can’t I see Other KYM products?

The menu item only shows while there’s a product you can turn on. You won’t see it if:

  • Demand is already on (it’s in the top navigation as My Demand), or
  • Demand isn’t offered to your workspace.

Intelligence Reports

Section titled “Intelligence Reports”

Intelligence Reports don’t need turning on. Every workspace can order them from Intelligence Reports in the top navigation. See Intelligence Reports.
