Paying for leads

  • Accepting a lead is free.
  • You pay the price shown on the lead only when the enquirer replies and the lead is connected.
  • Leads that are 72 hours old or more are free, even if they reply.
  • Charges are paid from your wallet balance or your saved card.

Prices show on each lead in the pillar’s lead list and in the lead’s details.

Your balance shows in the Credits pill in the top navigation. It turns red and reads Low Balance when your balance is low.

For full details go to the user menu > Billing & Invoices. The Current balance is at the top.

  1. Select the Credits pill in the top navigation, or select + Top up wallet on Billing & Invoices. You can also use Top Up Credits in the user menu.
  2. Pick a preset amount or enter a Custom amount.
  3. Choose how to pay:
    • pick a saved card and select Pay with saved card, or
    • select Use a different card, optionally tick Remember this card for next time, then select Continue to payment.
  4. If you’re entering a new card, fill in the card details and select Pay.

Your wallet updates within a few seconds of payment.

If you accept a lead and a card is needed, the app shows Add a card to accept this lead. Enter your card and select Save card and accept. Nothing is charged when the card is saved. You are only charged when they reply.

Go to the user menu > Billing & Invoices > Saved payment methods.

  • Make default sets the card used by default.
  • Remove, then Confirm remove, deletes a card.
  • Cards past their expiry show EXPIRED.

New cards are added through a top-up by ticking Remember this card for next time.

If you owe for a lead that replied, you’ll see a message like “You owe $X for a lead that replied. Top up or add a card to accept new leads.” Top up your wallet or add a card, then try again.

Billing & Invoices > Transaction history lists every movement on your wallet with the amount and your balance after it. Filter by:

  • Top-up
  • Hold
  • Released
  • Charged
  • Refund
  • Adjustment

Disputes that are upheld are credited back to your wallet. See Disputes.

A standing order buys matching leads for you automatically. Every matching lead is delivered the moment it arrives at a discount off the list price, taken from your balance. There’s no accepting and no race for the lead.

You’ll find it in My Demand > Settings > Standing order. The discount you get is shown on the card.

  • The pillar must be turned on in your lead settings.
  • You need a booking link or call options set in Handover to the enquirer on the same tab. See Handover settings.
  • You need enough balance to cover the leads. Standing orders are billed from your balance.
  1. Go to My Demand > Settings.
  2. Under Standing order, next to Add a standing order for:, select the pillar.
  3. Fill in the order:
    • What kind of business are you? Pick every one that fits (shown for some pillars).
    • States: leave empty for every state.
    • Lead types: leave empty for every type.
    • Monthly cap: the most leads per calendar month. The order pauses at the cap.
    • Confirmed only: choose whether to take only enquiries where the enquirer asked to be contacted.
  4. Select Save and switch on, or Save paused to switch it on later.

Each order shows its status, discount, how many leads were delivered this month and in total, and its filters.
