Figures entered by hand

X doesn’t offer an affordable way to read your account, so you type its numbers in once a month. Until an email platform is connected, you can type your email subscriber numbers in the same way. These figures sit in the app and the reports like any connected channel.

Enter figures

Owners, admins and members can enter figures.

  1. Go to Marketing Intelligence > your brand > Setup > Sources > Monthly data.
  2. Choose the month at the top right of the panel.
  3. On the X figures or Email subscribers row, select Enter (or Edit if the month already has figures).
  4. Fill in what you know. Leave a field blank if you don’t know it.
  5. Select Save for that month.
  6. To see the figures in the PDF, re-run the month under Reports.

The row of twelve squares on each row shows which months already have figures: green for a month with figures, grey for nothing yet. Hover over a square for the month.

  • Impressions this month

  • Top post (text), Top post link, Top post impressions, Top post engagements

Email subscribers

  • Subscribers now
  • New subscribers this month

  • Unique opens
  • Unique clicks
