Lead notifications

You choose how KnowYourMarket.ai tells you about new leads. Lead emails can be:

Option	What you get
Instant	One email per lead.
Daily 7am	One email at 7am (Brisbane time) listing everything still unclaimed.
Off	No email. You still see in-app notifications if those are on.

Change how lead emails arrive

1. Open the user menu (your name, top right) and select Notification Options. You can also go to My Demand > Settings and select Notification options.
2. Find the Demand marketplace group.
3. On a lead row, use the dropdown in the Email column to choose Instant, Daily 7am or Off.

Changes save straight away.

Demand notifications

The Demand marketplace group lists these notifications. Each has an Email and an In-app setting.

• Lead claimed
• Lead available in your pillar
• Priority window opened
• Dispute filed
• Dispute rejected

Wallet notifications

These sit under Wallet & billing and are useful if you pay for leads from your balance:

• Top-up succeeded
• Top-up failed
• Low balance
• Refund processed

Notes

• Lead emails only cover pillars, states and lead types you’re set to receive. See Lead settings.
• Rows marked Locked are security messages and always send.

Tip

If you use Daily 7am and want to act on a lead sooner, check Dashboard > Demand during the day. Leads can be taken by other businesses before the next digest.
