Print a report
Every report comes in two versions:
- The report: the dark version you see when you select Open.
- The print version: the same report on a white background with dark text. Use it when you want to print the report, or send it to someone who will.
Both have the same pages, numbers, charts and tables. Only the colours change. The print version uses less ink and is easier to read on paper.
It’s on every plan and needs no setup.
Open the print version
Section titled “Open the print version”Latest report: go to Marketing Feed > your brand > Overview tab and select Print version, next to Open report.
Any report:
- Go to Marketing Feed > your brand > Reports tab.
- Find the report by Period.
- Select Print version, next to Download.
The print version opens in a new tab. From there:
- To print it, use your browser’s print button, or press Ctrl + P (Cmd + P on a Mac).
- To save it, use your browser’s download button.
Reports from before October 2026
Section titled “Reports from before October 2026”New reports get their print version at the same time as the report itself, so it opens straight away.
Older reports get one the first time anyone opens it. That first open takes a little longer, usually under a minute. Keep the tab open and it appears when it’s ready. After that it opens straight away for everyone in your workspace.
What changes and what doesn’t
Section titled “What changes and what doesn’t”| Print version | |
|---|---|
| Background | White, with light grey cards and tables |
| Text | Dark navy |
| Charts | Same charts, colours darkened slightly so they read on white |
| Pages and page numbers | The same as the report |
| Photos, ads and post images | Unchanged |
| Your logo | Unchanged, so a white logo can be hard to see on the white cover |
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- It covers every report. Monthly reports, re-runs, quarterly strategy reports and custom reports all have a print version.
- Custom reports that are already light look the same in both versions.
- Re-running a month makes a new print version too. Each run in the Reports tab has its own.
- Print in colour to keep the chart colours. Black and white works, but bars and lines are easier to tell apart in colour.
